What to do if size doesn't fit??

Goods sold are non-refundable.

However, you may exchange for another item within 5 days, the day that we send out the item is counted as Day 1.

You may send an email to us at boutique.fashionista@gmail.com to request for an exchange.

Exchange of items will be revised under the discretion of the management.

Purpose of the exchange policy in Fashionista Boutique is to establish trust and credibility for the long run.

Fashionista Boutique will go the extra mile for you!

Procedure for exchanging of items:-

Send us an email stating the reason of exchange, and item that you wish to exchange for in the email.

Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back. You will have to mail it out within 2 days otherwise the exchange will not be valid.

Please note that for every exchange, postage and handling charge of $3.00 per item will be imposed on buyer. Payment for this $3.00 must be paid through Internet/ATM fund transfer only.

If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. (Payment of difference must also be paid through Internet/ATM fund transfer only.)

If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. So, we would usually encourage our customers to choose items that are of the same price.

Exchange is only valid for 5 days, counting Day 1 as the day we send your item out.


Terms and conditions for exchanging of items:-

Once you receive your items, please check for defects.

Please report to us within 5 days if any defect is found on the clothing, counting Day 1 as the day that we send the item out.

We will not be responsible for any defects if you do not report it within 5 days.

There will be no refund of cash.

You may not exchange more than one time for each purchase.

A $3.00 postage and handling charge per item exchanged will be imposed on buyer.
